Shipping & Returns
Domestic Shipping Policy:
Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Custom products are made to order and may require additional lead-time for delivery. Products requiring additional time for shipping will either contain a notification in the description, or we will contact you to let you know.
A specialty order item may require longer lead-time, depending on the manufacturer's production schedule and location. Please contact us prior to making any orders if you are looking to receive an item in a rush manner, to ensure availability. You can call us at 818-909-9220 M-F between 8A and 5P.
We ship using UPS, Fed Ex Ground service, Greyhound Bus Express Package service, and Freightquote.com for domestic shipments within the 48 contiguous States.
Some of our products are sent from multiple locations and may require that we ship items from the same order in more than one box. All shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order and you will only be charged one low delivery price.
Common Carrier transportation may be required for domestic shipments which are oversized or overweight and need special handling. In these instances our delivery agent will contact you to schedule delivery. IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are not at home at the ageeed time of delivery, you may be charged a re-delivery fee equal to the shipping charge.
Orders generally ship within 1-2 business days of placement. We do our best to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

International Shipping Policy:
Shipping charges for delivery outside the U.S., including APOs and FPOs, are based on destinations. All prices are U.S. Dollars and do not include VAT, Customs, duties and taxes. The price you are given when placing an online order is for the U.S.A. and will be adjusted to the international rates and charged to your credit card as additional shipping.
Return & Cancellation Policy:
All returns are subject to 20% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and all returns must be accompanied by an RMA number. An RMA number can be requested within 10 days of receipt of order and can be attained by phone or by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. The RMA number should be visible on the outside of the return box and the order or product should be returned in 10 days from the date the RMA number was issued.
We can not accept returns on special order parts, light bulbs, mounted wheels with tires or seats.
All returns without an RMA number will be refused and returned to sender. All returns must be in original packaging with all orginal hardware and manuals and never been installed or modified. Any refused or undeliverable shipment sent back to TRE Motorsposrts, Inc. does not constitute the right to a refund or credit. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the product back to our warehouse in North Hollywood, California.
If the return meets our Return Policy, we will refund the full amount of the product minus a restocking fee and the cost of shipping. The credit will show on your credit card statement within 30 days.
The buyer is responsible to ensure that the purchased product is compatible and will fit his or her vehicle.
