356:

Every 3000 miles:

• Change the engine oil and filter.

• Inspect the front king-pin and bearings.

• Inspect air-filter and oil mesh-filters.

• Inspect the drive-belt

• Inspect the adjustment on the carburetors

• Inspect points and timing

• Inspect valve clearance

• Inspect steering box for leaks

• Inspect battery

• Inspect tire pressures and wheel nut torque

• Inspect the braking system and ensure that it’s leak-free

• Inspect brake-fluid level

• Inspect clutch adjustment.

  In addition to the above, we perform the following every 6000 miles:
  

• Replace gear oil and clean the strainer filter.

• Inspect all hardware to ensure their specified torque is met. This includes engine, body, and suspension.

• Inspect the fuel pump and the fuel system for leaks. Clean the system if necessary.

• Inspect the electrical system and all related components.

• Inspect and adjust the steering box. Check the fluid level as needed.

• Inspect the engine and gearbox for leaks.

• Replace spark-plugs and points.

• Correct the wheel alignment if needed.
  

  In addition to the above, we perform the following every 18,000 miles.
  

• Remove brakes and drums, check seals and cylinders.

• Inspect the shift lever and adjust as necessary.

Every 3000 miles:

• Oil and filter change.

• Inspect wheel bearings.

• Lubricate the front suspension components.

• Inspect the distributor.

• Lubricate the throttle linkage.

• Check and adjust points.

• Replace spark-plugs.

• Inspect ball joints for torn boots.

• Inspect brake pads, rotors, and hoses.

• Inspect the fuel filter.

• Perform a valve-adjustment.

• Check compression.

• Perform a visual inspection of engine components.

• Inspect and nut and bolt the exhaust system. Make sure it is clear of leaks.

• Check the alignment in the front.

• Inspect tires and wheels for cracks and other wear. Set pressures.

In addition to the above, we perform the following every 12,000 miles:

• Replace points

• Inspect the crankcase ventilation system and clean as needed.

  In addition to the above, we perform the following every 30,000 miles:

• Replace gear oil.
